I co-founded Tactical Mind Solutions a few years ago.  At Tactical Mind Solutions, we believe healing is more than symptom reduction: it is the restoration of adaptive functioning, resilience, and human potential.

Our practice combines Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with physician-led integrative neuroscience to develop individualized treatment plans for trauma, anxiety, depression, occupational stress, moral injury, and performance-related challenges.   We bring decades of work with executives and high-reliability professionals in the aviation, space, and military fields to promote optimal performance in daily life and in their occupations.

Our approach is grounded in the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model while integrating advances in affective neuroscience, autonomic regulation, memory reconsolidation, cognitive neuroscience, and behavioral medicine. Rather than applying the same treatment to every individual, we seek to understand how each person’s nervous system has adapted to life experiences and tailor treatment accordingly.

Depending on clinical needs, EMDR may be integrated with mindfulness-based practices, nervous system regulation strategies, cognitive and behavioral interventions, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, neuromodulation, and structured psychological integration. Every intervention is selected intentionally within a comprehensive treatment plan designed to promote lasting change rather than temporary symptom relief.

We serve adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, occupational stress, burnout, and difficult life transitions. We also work extensively with physicians, executives, pilots, military personnel, first responders, veterans, and other professionals working in high-reliability environments where cognitive performance, emotional resilience, and psychological flexibility are essential.

Our goal is to help patients not only recover, but to build healthier patterns of thinking, feeling, and living that support long-term wellbeing and optimal performance.
