I will guide you through modalities that will help you let go of suffering, problematic behaviors, self-limiting beliefs, and symptoms (including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, anger/irritability, sleep problems, fatigue, trouble with attention/focus, and more). I will provide tools to help you embrace a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your coping mechanisms, improve your mood, and thrive with increased daily functioning, self-efficacy, self-esteem, self-awareness, and authentic self-expression.
