Dr. Neeley R. Hughey is the founder of Coastal Wellness. She is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Life Coach in Florida and Virginia. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Neeley offers services for individuals & couples interested in EMDR from a trauma-informed perspective.

Neeley worked for the Department of Defense for 16 years before relocating to Melbourne, FL, and has specialized experience in working with active-duty military, military veterans, military spouses, DoD civilians, and contractors.
