Therapy is a team effort, therefore as your therapist we will work together to come up with an individualized plan for your treatment and work to meet your specific goals.
I utilize CBT techniques for depression, anxiety, body image issues, and ADHD. I also use EMDR to address issues such as unresolved trauma. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I also have a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.
