At Layers of Harmony®, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy alongside a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit connection. EMDR is an evidence-based method that helps the brain resolve stuck experiences so they no longer hold the same emotional weight. Combined with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and integrative practices, this work supports lasting change and inner balance.
As an EMDRIA-trained therapist and PhD student in Mind-Body Medicine, I specialize in helping adults release the impact of trauma, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My intention is to provide a grounded and supportive environment where healing unfolds gently but deeply.
