Suzanne has a master’s in clinical mental health counseling, is a licensed mental health counselor (NCC), a certified EMDR therapist with advanced training as a Transformational EMDR Therapist, and a certified trauma professional (CTP).  She is a member of the International non-profit association EMDRIA, which upholds the highest standard of training for EMDR therapists.

Suzanne states, “This technique permanently shifted my core belief from I don’t matter to I matter, enabling me to live a life free from historical constrictions.”

Some of the areas EMDR therapy may be helpful in treating include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, PTSD, abuse, substance abuse, and addiction. Suzanne enjoys collaborating with new and existing clients who seek a better understanding of themselves and the world around them.  Christian Counseling, and nutritional support are incorporated when beneficial for each client.
