I established Transformation Haven to provide a safe space for individuals to heal and find comfort in their struggles. I fully understand how challenging it can be to navigate life’s challenges and pain. I am passionate about helping clients transform their current circumstances. Seeing this transformation firsthand has been a unique and powerful experience for me, as I have witnessed how many people feel trapped by past experiences and negative emotions. I was once in your shoes, but I found a way out. Helping others understand their power to heal and become the author of their own story is what I do best. It can be difficult to view things from a different perspective when there is so much pain. However, I can empower individuals to overcome their struggles, identify environmental stressors contributing to negative experiences, and move forward with renewed strength and hope. I aim to help my clients create a new, positive mindset while identifying and eliminating negative core beliefs. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am also a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I received my M.A. at Liberty University. I am the Executive Director and Founder of Transformation Haven Counseling. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management. I have years of experience helping others in the mental health field!
