Just like your body has a natural instinct to heal itself, your brain does as well. But sometimes, the brain needs extra support in order to heal or “get over” something that continues to cause distress. Recognizing how the past can affect the present, I work to help identify where along the way the universal need for safety and security was threatened in a person’s life. It helps to have a partner when exploring old wounds, as well as when working to heal and change. My job is to travel along side of you, reading the map for you while you navigate your needs.
