I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a PhD in Education specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is proven as an evidence based and fast-acting method of treatment for several common mental health ailments resulting from feelings driven by unconscious beliefs or cognations developed in childhood trauma or adversity. I am committed to the therapeutic relationship, and devoted to helping those in need. I believe in being genuine and motivating. I strive to empower and improve other's outlook and quality of life.
