Hi! My name is Amber Smith, RCSWI and I am a therapist at Therapeutic Serendipity, a private practice located in Spring Hill, FL. I received my master’s degree in social work from the University of South Florida. I am a dedicated professional and my goal is to better the lives of every client I encounter so they can improve their quality of life and reach their full potential. I am an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist who specializes in working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with children as young as 8 years old as well as adolescents and adults. I am a trauma focused therapist that provides different treatments based on individual need however EMDR therapy is the primary intervention as it is the quickest and most effective therapeutic modality for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and changing negative core beliefs. I also work with clients in providing coping skills, CBT, and mindfulness exercises and offer both in person and telehealth appointments.
